Darlene Kieffer - Secretarystjohnschurch-darlene@q.com Darlene and her husband Jim live in Foley. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. Darlene has worked as a secretary/bookkeeper all of her adult life. Before working for Saint John's she most recently worked in banking, both in Gilman and St. Cloud. If you ask her what she enjoys most in life, the answer would be "my family, my flower garden and helping people”.

Gaye Kirchoff - Bookkeeperstjohnschurch-gaye@q.com Gaye and her husband Tom live south of Foley with their 2 kids and 3 dogs. After a 20+ year career in sales and marketing she wanted more time with her kids, so, in October of 2007, she started at St. John’s as the part-time Capital Campaign coordinator. Gaye took on the part-time bookkeeper position in June of 2008. She is also the webmaster of this site and manages the Church’s computer network.

Sheila Matteson - Religious Edstjohnschurch-sheila@q.com Sheila lives in Foley and was married to her husband Del for 38 years - who passed away in 2006. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. With a Masters in Education, she taught for a total of 33 years at Apollo, Tech and North Junior in St. Cloud and in Foley. She has been teaching Faith Formation for 36 years. She also coordinates the EMEs, Lectors and Sacristans.

Shannon Schmit - Religious Ed/Youth Groupstjohnschurch-shannon@q.com Shannon coordinates 7th and 8th grade Faith Formation. She also works with 7-11 graders as Youth Group Coordinator. She has resided in the Foley area her whole life. She has 3 sons, Sheldon, Saylor and Sutherlin. She also serves on the Foley Public School board.

Darcy Ruesink - Liturgical Musicianstjohnschurch-darcy@q.com Darcy has been an elementary music teacher for twelve years and started playing in church when she was sixteen. She was an organist in her hometown parish of Our Lady of the Angels in Sauk Centre at that time. She has since worked as a musician at St. John Cantius Church in St. Cloud. Darcy lives in St. Joseph and loves spending time with her five year old son, Aaron.
